With that conference closing, Eurolead.net became the central focus for leadership development. The concept was for a senior pastors network that allowed for each one to contribute and for firmer relationships to be established. There was very little opportunity for this in Europe.

Today, the meetings are held in a different European city each year. The environment of all the conferences is encouragement, intimacy and connection. Usually there is no invited guest speaker, with all attending contributing in some way.

Eurolead.net now includes a core team event, with the same idea, meeting somewhere in Europe every February and training in team skills and leadership development.
